CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

The information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Arrastudios therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time with or without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, product availability, or otherwise.

ORDER

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).We use the information we collect from you to fill your orders and for billing purposes. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

All orders made in the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

Please allow a maximum 48 hours for us to process your orders.

 

SHIPPING

INDONESIAN ORDER
We ship Domestic orders via JNT & SiCepat, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping and delivery

INTERNATIONAL ORDER

Please kindly contact our customer service through WhatsApp.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We accept returns for SIZE, MODEL, AND COLORS EXCHANGE within max 3 days after you received the package.
  • Sorry, but there are NO REFUNDS.
  • Returns will only be accepted if clothing is unworn with all tags attached.
  • Please kindly contact our customer service through WhatsApp with details on exchanging your item.
  • Exchanged items will not be credited for shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Arrastudios. Once received, we will send out your exchange.
  • If we send you a damaged or incorrectly shipped product please contact us immediately. Defective products or products you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the items have any signs of wear, misuse or damage.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if Arrastudios is not at fault.
  • If a different size/ model/ color is desired, Arrastudios will issue an exchange for the return in that item. However, we are not responsible for any shipping costs in the event of an exchange in size/ model/ color.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
